STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor
Caroline received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Gettysburg College and has worked at Progress Physical Therapy since 2008 teaching Pilates and assisting patients. She received her STOTT® Pilates Certification in 2009 and now devotes her time to teaching private, semi-private and group Pilates classes. Many of her clients are former physical therapy patients who enjoyed Pilates as a component of their treatment and wanted to continue this form of exercise on a regular basis. She works with clients on the Pilates reformer, stability chair as well as incorporating various pieces of light equipment during group mat classes. Caroline is trained in Zenga and Barre and has additional training in Pilates for Scoliosis. Caroline is also one of the co-chairs of her church's Health Cabinet.
Caroline enjoys fitness and her background in synchronized swimming correlates well to the movements used in all types of Pilates. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, skiing, traveling and keeping up with her two teenage sons and husband.
