Dan Cook, PT, DPT
Dan received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012. Since graduating, he has completed a residency with advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy at the Virginia Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Institute (www.vompti.com). He was trained in Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN) through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Techniques. Dan is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Virginia Physical Therapy Association (VPTA). Prior to graduating from Physical Therapy school he attended Western Michigan University, majoring in Economics with minors in Japanese and Business. Interests outside of work consist of running (including several marathons and obstacle races), road and mountain biking, rock climbing, disc golf, and cooking.
