Past participants in our Anti-inflammatory Eating groups have experienced reduced pain, greater independence from medications, weight loss, improved functional mobility, and satisfaction with their eating habits.

Our 8-week program consists of a 90-minute weekly workshop with the following goals:

  • Improve quality of life
  • Increase energy and engagement in life
