Matthew Weber, PT, DPT
Dr. Matt Weber earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. While at GWU, he worked with faculty to publish research on novel treatment strategies for persistent tendon injuries. He then completed an Orthopaedic Residency Program with The Johns Hopkins Hospital and The George Washington University in Baltimore, MD, receiving specialist-level training in the treatment of all orthopaedic conditions. Dr. Weber is a large proponent of patient-centered care, working closely with his patients to analyze dysfunctional movement patterns and guiding them in treatment strategies to help return to full function.
During his time at Johns Hopkins, he was invited to begin working with Team CrossFit Balance, a highly competitive CrossFit Games competitor. He has also attended numerous national conferences and continuing education, learning directly from some of the most well-respected clinicians in the United States.
Prior to earning his Doctorate, Dr. Weber received his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology at Hanover College. While at Hanover, he was an NCAA Division III Men’s Lacrosse player. He currently enjoys hiking, being outdoors, CrossFit, and Tennessee Volunteers football.
