Progress F.I.T.

Take your fitness and functional ability to the next level by joining a Functional Intensity Training program with Progress Physical Therapy! Progress F.I.T. is for the individual who wants to improve functional fitness and strength by incorporating flexibility and stability training to ensure structural longevity and confident pain free movement. We now offer small group classes where you go at your own pace. Our physical therapists and exercise instructors will work together to create a personalized workout plan for you! This plan will change weekly based on your progression. An Instructor will be available during your session to answer any questions and offer modifications, as needed.
