Progress F.I.T.

Take your fitness and functional ability to the next level by joining a Functional Intensity Training program with Progress Physical Therapy! Progress F.I.T. is for the individual who wants to improve functional fitness and strength by incorporating flexibility and stability training to promote structural longevity and confident movement. We now offer small group sessions where you go at your own pace. Our exercise instructors will work to create a personalized workout plan for you! If you have been a patient in physical therapy, our instructors can consult with your physical therapist, at your request, to discuss recommended modifications for your program. Your program will change weekly based on your progress. Your instructor will be available during your sessions to answer any questions and offer modifications, as needed.
