Helen has a special interest working with athletes and worked as the primary physical therapist for the Charlottesville Ballet. During her first few years of practice, her interest in orthopaedics and manual therapy grew, and she is now an orthopaedic resident with the Virginia Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Institute (VOMPTI). In her spare time she enjoys weight lifting, CrossFit, and hiking with her dog, Ryman, and husband, Austin.
