She seeks to transform her client's perspective of food from "just another diet" to health-focused eating within a sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle. Taylor does this by utilizing tenets of motivational interviewing and intuitive eating in her nutrition counseling practice. Taylor provides one-on-one nutrition counseling for general nutrition/wellness, adult weight management, diabetes, heart health, hypertension, anti-inflammatory nutrition, sports nutrition, vegetarian nutrition, and pregnancy/ postpartum nutrition.
Outside of nutrition, Taylor loves a variety of exercises including running, kickboxing, cycling, and hiking. She also has a passion for international travel, eating delicious food, and reading for fun.
